Online Payday Advances

My Easy Payday Loans

Payday advance locations are everywhere these days, there are advertisements all over the place and you can even do it right from your home computer. These operations are targeted to the consumer who lives paycheck to paycheck. In today’s times, that covers a huge territory. Basically it is a legal way of loan sharking. You borrow money, short term, basically from one paycheck to another for of course with an astronomical interest rate.

These businesses know that they are geared to the financially troubled consumer and that is what they feed off of. They do you a favor and in return you not only pay the price but end up having to continue to borrow the money and continue to feed them the interest. Usually, in this business they are also dealing with high risk consumers so they are quite certain that they are going to get their money.

At the time that you request he loan, obviously you have exhausted all of your other options and a payday advance seems like a God send. You borrow say $400 for two weeks and pay back $475. At the time you say,”Heck, that’s not bad for two weeks!” They make it pretty simple for you to do too. If you apply online before 8pm, the funds will be in your bank account in the morning. The only requirements are that you have a pay stub proving that you have a job and an active checking account.

Where does the problem come in? In two weeks when it is time to repay the loan. I have a family member who is right smack in the middle of this problem right now. She went and got her initial loan that was for $400 and had to give them a check from her account which of course they made sure was a legitimate account. She was to return in two weeks with cash and they would in turn give her back the check, end of story. The law of logic will tell you that if you repay anyone $475 out of your paycheck, you will not have much left to work with. Which leads to what? Paying that loan and getting another one. The vicious cycle continues because now you can never catch up.

Some people end up going to a second pay day advance center o do the exact same thing and wind up in double trouble. That’s what happened to my family member. You will end up with someone not getting paid. In my family members case the person who didn’t get paid was the pay day advance place. They will give you a few days to straighten it all out if you call them but if you renege on that promise they head top speed to the police station and within 21 days there is a nice bench warrant for your arrest.

I suppose it is sort of like dealing with a pawn shop in a way except you give them collateral and if you do not pay, they just keep your property.
